Who am I?
I'm Heidi and have always been "sensitive", and able to 'read' people and sense energy all around since I can remember. I would often have vivid dreams and then those actions things would come true or a thought pops into my head like a soft whisper, and then that thing comes true.
Life has since taught me that "sensitivity" is a gift enabling me to feel deeply and pick up on things others simply can not.
I help free you from outdated thought 'programs' still affecting your life. We release these, via emotional freedom technique (EFT) which is a tried and tested method with stunning results.
